RAJENDRAPRASAD RAMKUMAR AGARWAL
(Chairman and Managing Director)
Rajendraprasad Ramkumar Agarwal is the Promoter, Chairman and Managing Director of our company. He completed his Senior Secondary education in the year 1975 from Government Secondary School, Gandhinagar, and has over 47 years of experience in the Textile Industry. He has been associated with the Company since 2000. He commenced his career in 1979 and was associated with Vishal Textile a partnership firm, which was engaged in fabric trading and related textile business. In his current role, he is responsible for overseeing the Company’s operations, including operational monitoring, administrative supervision, accounts and finance, compliance, human resources and business coordination.
AJAY RAMKUMAR AGRAWAL
(Whole–Time–Director)
Ajay Ramkumar Agrawal is the Promoter and Whole–Time Director of our company. He completed his Senior Secondary education in the year 1988 from Rajasthan Hindi High School, Rajasthan. He has been associated with the Company since incorporation and has over 36 years of experience in the Textile Industry. He has been associated with our Company since incorporation. Over the years, he has been involved in the business operations of our Company and has contributed to its operational growth and business development. In his current role, he is involved in overseeing commercial and business development activities, including sales coordination, customer relationship management, order execution and market–related activities of our Company.
Khushal Mithlesh Goyle
(Whole–Time–Director)
Khushal Mithlesh Goyle is the Whole–Time Director of our company. He has been on the Board since 2012 and has over 18 years of experience in the Textile Industry. He completed his Diploma in Financial Management in the year 2008. He commenced his career in 2008 by being involved in the production and operational activities of our Company, during which he gained experience in manufacturing operations, production coordination and quality control processes. Subsequently, he was appointed on the Board of our Company in the year 2012. In his current role, he is involved in production–related activities, including monitoring manufacturing operations, fabric processing and production schedules at the Company’s manufacturing facilities. He also oversees quality control activities, including review of quality requirements and coordination of sample–based testings to ensure alignment with customer specifications and quality parameters.
KUMAR RAJENDRAPRASAD AGARWAL
(Non– Executive Director)
Kumar Rajendraprasad Agarwal is the Promoter and Non– Executive Director of our Company. He has been on the Board since 2017 and has over 18 years of experience in the Textile Industry. He completed his Diploma in Financial Management in the year 2008. He commenced his career in 2008 by being involved in the business activities of our Company under the guidance of his father, Rajendraprasad Ramkumar Agarwal, during which he gained experience in operations, fabric processing, customer requirements, business administration and market practices. In his current role, he is involved in reviewing business strategies, participating in policy–level discussions, monitoring corporate governance and compliance matters and providing inputs on business planning, operational performance and strategic matters of our Company.
SHWETABEN ARVINDBHAI SAPARIA
(Independent Director)
Shwetaben Arvindbhai Saparia is the Independent Director of the Company since December 01, 2025. She is a qualified Company Secretary from the Institute of Company Secretaries of India. She holds Bachelor of Commerce degree from Gujarat University (2010). and a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) from the Gujarat University (2013). She is associated with Krishna Capital & Securities Limited since 2018 and has been engaged in working related to corporate secretarial matters.
ANKITKUMAR SURENDRAKUMAR AGRAWAL
(Independent Director)
Ankitkumar Surendrakumar Agrawal is the Independent Director of our Company of our Company and has been on the Board since December 01, 2025. He was admitted as an Associate Member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India in the year 2016. He also holds a Master of Business Administration degree from Sikkim Manipal University, completed in the year 2013. He has around eight years of post–qualification experience in secretarial and regulatory compliances. He commenced his career as Company Secretary with Rama Gum Industries India Limited in the year 2017 and was associated with the said company until 2019. Thereafter, he joined Camrola Quartz Limited in the year 2019 and was associated with the said company until 2023. He is currently serving as Company Secretary of Prozeal Green Energy Limited.
