Bonanza Textiles Private Limited (“BTPL”) was incorporated on March 15, 2007 under the Companies Act, 1956 pursuant to a certificate of incorporation issued by the Registrar of Companies, Gujarat, Dadra & Nagar Haveli.
The main objects of BTPL are to carry on the business of manufacturers, representatives, consignors, consign-ees, exporters, importers, factors, agents, packers, distributors, stockists and suppliers of all classes, kinds, types and description of gray cloth yarn, printed fabrics, readymade garments, yarn, flatyarn, texturised yarn and yarn of any other varieties and of any other fibrous substance fabrics or any kind singeing and such other processing of fibres and yarns of filament and manufacturing, processing and dealing in gray fabrics manufactured therefrom.
